Welcome to “ACT Information Central.” First, this site is NOT affiliated with the ACT – the organization which administers the ACT. This site has been developed primarily for high school students in Canada who are required to take the ACT as part of the application process to U.S. colleges.
So, what is the ACT anyway? In an nutshell, the ACT is a standardized (plays the same role as the SAT) that some of you will have to take as part of your college application.
